Innersloth has revealed some of the stars who will bring the animated show Among Us to life.
As detailed in an announcement posted yesterday on Twitter/X, we now know that Ashley Johnson, perhaps best known as Ellie from The Last of Us, will voice “Purple,” while The Lord of the Rings' Elijah Wood will play ” Green”. Fresh of the Boat's Randall Park will play “Red,” while Community's Yvette Nicole Brown will voice “Orange.”

Get out of Xbox, Get out of Xtra and Dicebreaker!Red, “Captain of the Skeld”, is described as a braggart and people-pleaser, while Purple is the suspicious and sarcastic head of security. Wood's Green is an unpaid intern who is just “happy to be there”, and Brown's Orange is a corporate HR coward.
According Variety, show creator Owen Dennis will also serve as executive producer of the series alongside Innersloth's Forest Willard, Innersloth's Marcus Bromander and Carl Neisser. Chris Prynoski, Shannon Prynoski, Antonio Canobbio and Ben Kalina of animation studio Titmouse also join the executive production credits.
So far, no network or transmission provider has been associated with the project.

We first learned about the upcoming Among Us adaptation last year, with an overview that read: “Your crew members have been replaced by an alien shapeshifter intent on causing confusion, sabotaging the ship, and killing everyone. Eliminate to the 'Imposter' or be a victim of his murderous designs.”
InnerSloth's social deduction title isn't the only game with an animated adaptation in the works. Along with Among Us, we also have The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep and Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft on the way, to name just two.
