In the video, the 55-year-old woman could be seen standing on top of the tilted board as she crouched down and then kicked her leg to the side. She also did mountain climbing and push-ups, before collapsing dramatically to the ground.

“I'm done,” he said in the short clip, as he lay face down on the floor. “You know those days when you just don't want to do it? You just have to do it.”
