Lego Fortnite adds vehicles to drive and build

Lego Fortnite receives its second major update today, with the arrival of vehicles to build and drive.

The survival and crafting game, which can be played in Fortnite, now lets you roam its world in a variety of vehicles that you can build and customize. These range from the single-seat Speeder quad to the four-seat Offroader buggy and the massive Hauler flatbed truck.

The vehicles are assembled using a selection of new parts: power cells, wheels and seats. You'll need to keep your vehicles fueled, but fortunately, all fuel in Lego Fortnite is eco-friendly and generated as biomass at the new composting station.

Today's vehicle update follows the arrival of the fishing mechanic to Lego Fortnite last month. Fish should now be even easier to find as of this latest update, thanks to the addition of docks on lakes and rivers.

Fortunately, this latest Lego Fortnite update adds even more detailed Lego styles for the wide range of Fortnite character skins, including fan favorites like The Foundation, The Visitor, Guff, and Sgt. Winter.

The art of this latest update shows that a Drax skin is coming to Fortnite (and therefore Lego Fortnite too) and indeed, datamining from the update has revealed that a new pack will be on sale soon of Guardians of the Galaxy skins, featuring Drax, Mantis and Thicc. Groot from Guardians Vol. 3.

Last week, Fortnite developer Epic Games said support for Fall Guys would continue, despite the game's assets and characters coming to Fortnite in May.
