Margot Robbie and Billie Eilish's reaction to Ryan Gosling singing 'I'm Just Ken' is almost better than the Oscars performance

Well friends, it happened. While the world watched Oscar winners 2024 Crowned in real time, the performances of the “Best Original Song” nominees have kept the Ken-ergy going. And when it was time for Ryan Gosling to sing Barbie “I'm Just Ken,” Margot Robbie and Billie Eilish's reactions were so hysterical they were almost better than the performance.

Of course, their surprised, laughing faces reflected what basically everyone was thinking before Gosling's song and dance at the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles actually began. After the surprising reactions of Robbie, Greta Gerwig and Eilish, the singer in the pink suit took the stage with several of his fellow Kens del Barbie cast, including Kingsley Ben-Adir, Simu Liu and Ncuti Gatwa, the Barbie The theatrics really took off. And yes, dear fans, the chant of “Can you feel the Ken-ergy?” it remained in the live show.

But then, out of nowhere, like a pure Oscar surprise, a new player took the field. As if it wasn't impressive enough that “I'm Just Ken” co-writer Mark Ronson accompanied Ryan Gosling on guitar, another killer ax appeared to seal the deal. If you've ever thought, “You know what the Oscars need? More bar! Well, the following photo is going to be a wish come true:

Seriously, could you keep a straight face if you were in the audience at that moment? I was probably like Robbie during this, looking surprised and laughing a lot, while Gosling screamed his heart out. After a night in which naked John Cena and Kate McKinnon joked about sending 'tasteful nudes' to Steven Spielberg, one would have thought the bar was set pretty high for making the audience burst into laughter. And yet, at tonight's ceremony a shining knight appeared and the reactions to his performance were almost better than the song itself.
