Now the managers have issued a statement to clarify the situation.
Besides Late at night, director duo Cameron and Colin Cairnes have a few other indie horror films under their belt, which are full of gory, stomach-churning fun. This all started after a scathing review of the film was published in mailbox. The user wrote that “There is AI everywhere in network outages and 'we'll be right back' messages.” This post garnered over 4,000 likes and 200 comments in just a few days, so it's no surprise that X fans quickly caught wind of this. Some users even took it upon themselves to find out if AI could be identified in images taken of the film before the release date. As seen below, this user discovered that using AI had a 99.8% probability just from an image.

As conversations on the platform continued and more people became aware of the situation, users did not hesitate to express their disappointment.
