If you're playing Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered on the Epic Games Store, you might find that it's a little different than other versions.
As pointed out Small medical package, the Epic Games Store version has a number of improvements compared to other platforms. For example, the Nevada level in Tomb Raider 3 is generally “more polished”, thanks to better textures and animations.
Meanwhile, there are more poses in the Epic Games Store version's photo mode: 21 in total.

Other differences include more realistic snowflakes, added ceilings (light holes) in the Greece levels, a different skybox in the Colosseum level, and more. Small Medipack notes that the game's modern controls also seem “slightly better than those on other platforms” in the Epic Games version. The “camera is more stable and more responsive,” they said.
However, not everything is better with EGS. According to some players, achievements are broken here. So, there's that. You can check out the full diff thread below.
Eurogamer has contacted Aspyr, developer of Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered, for more details on the differences. As of this writing, it has not officially recognized them.

Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered arrived earlier this month, when we gave it four stars and acknowledged some of its dated qualities.
